okay so i have this perfect game for about a year now i have a lot of outfits and i am in a high level , today the game kept telling me i need to log out and then log in again but now im trying to log in it wont allow me! im sure my e mail and password is correct but it keeps telling me check your user name i really dont want to lose all those outfits and scores! help please

Cant log in to my apple account
Im trying to log in because i have it saved with a face scan but now it keeps saying “check username or password” without even letting me log in anymore.

Mí problema fue que un día estaba jugando y de la nada ya no tenía mis armas y ni mis personajes que compré con dinero y pues ya traté de recuperarla pero ya no pude :( pero la aplicación si es buena , solo que si me sacó de onda eso :( aunque sea una ayuda para recuperarla)

真的很好玩，但是如果可以調整一下設定多個設備上用同一個帳號就好了，這個遊戲我是在平板上下載，但是有時候出去玩要領活動的東西就得在手機上下載刀光與少女登錄之後就會顯示不是最新紀錄請趕快登出帳號，所以希望可以改進

entertaining but lacking
severely needs more to do, like a linear story mode or quests that refresh often. sometimes you get tripped up by one thing, then struggle to progress/collect. i come back to this game every couple months and nothing much changes. just the same 5 collection events repeated over and over. not to mention you have to play constantly to barely collect a full event set. such a shame too, i really like this games artstyle and base gameplay. i wish i could just see more done with it.
a rework to base customization would be nice as well. ie skin color, hair color, eye shape. they kinda expanded on this with the ability to change idle animations. but you have to pay real money for almost all of them.
i will note, customer service was slow. but once i got through, they were great. had some account issues and they sorted it out with ease.

Banned for Getting Charged Twice?
This is the 2nd time I have gotten banned for requesting a refund for getting charged TWICE. Every week you can purchase x4 tickets for the gacha in the game. I purchased the 1100 tickets x4, so 4400 tickets, for 9.99. When I checked my bank account I got charged two times for this. You can only purchase this once a week, so obviously, I had not purchased this item twice. I did not receive 8800 tickets so why was I charged twice? Obviously I requested a refund and I was BANNED for this. This is the SECOND TIME I have been banned for this exact issue. I also checked my previous purchase history and had been charged twice for this months ago. Just fix the issue with charging players twice! I love this game and I appreciate the weekly x4 purchase for gacha tickets but I am not going to be charged two times for it! If you won’t give me a refund then just don’t give me a refund but don’t refund me then BAN ME! I have tried reaching out to support and they don’t respond. I am starting to get really upset with this game! I have spent enough money on this to get the Nanako set and I do not want to delete the app but I am really upset at the owners for doing this!

When I say you gotta pay for everything, I’m just mean like I can’t get any clothes because every time I go to girls and go to clothes I can’t get any. I have to go to the black hole and get random things and the random things are not even enough. I feel like you have to pay for cool stuff. I don’t really understand it. I’m probably being stupid. this is my opinion

We're so sorry for the unsatisfactory experience. Normally, monthly updates include two outfits, one available for purchase and the other obtainable through in-game events. By logging in daily and completing tasks, should be able to earn the outfit within the event period. Feel free to try again in next update! Thank you for your feedback and support~
PLEASE let me restore my purchase
I definitely bought stuff before on the old account. I’m not able to get into the old one because it’s been so long. But you should be able to restore the purchase since it’s linked to your apple account. Other mobile apps do this. I absolutely had the zombie costume before. I don’t think I would spend money if I had to buy it just to get it again :(

Randomly Banned
I went to open the game today and got a notification my account has been banned. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and many days playing this game. I was so excited when I unlocked Nanako’s set. I just got her weapon too. I’m really sad. I play this game every day and I don’t know what to do now. :(

Cool game
The games pretty cool, I used to play when it first came out and it’s still as cool as before. I just think is odd that when you pick between having a white or black character you don’t have access to the same things like facial expressions as the other?
Idk why it’s doing this
I’ve loved this game so much for so long but I tried to open game after not being on it for a couple weeks and all it says is “Servering End Time” then the date and the military time. It’s the 1st of December. The screen turns black and red and when I click retry it nothing happens but it saying servering. I went to the AppStore to see if it needed to be updated but no. The game won’t do anything else. I don’t know how to fix it and nowhere on the internet have I found answers, so until it’s taken care of, it’s a 1 star rn for me. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or something but it really upset me.

I’ve been playing ur game since it was really new and when you guys were testing things out I love the new characters outfits just a nothing things could be different that be awesome like different faces more lore on the clowns more cool events more easier ways to farm !

Surprisingly fun and engaging
I really love this game. Something about collecting the gear and doing the events is just so much fun. The monetization is fair and you’re rewarded just for playing. My one complaint is running out of things to do. The events are on a rotation and I’d really love to see more variety or the option to play events that unlock more gear, there’s little to nothing for me to gain from the current rotation anymore. The other main events are fun, but I’ve finished the nurse outfit and gotten most of the joker rewards, so I’m starting to feel like I’m hitting a wall. Also I don’t see a way to unlock gear from previously missed events and things like that. I would love if there was a way to do this.
