Pricey but worth it

I wish I could edit the quality of the recording from the app. There might be a way but I couldn’t find it easily. Great to have the option of a teleprompter, apple should include this by default.

Thanks for the kind words! You can adjust recording quality right inside the app - go to Settings - Video Quality. One more thing you might like is a Floating Mode (coming this week). It will let you use the Slate Teleprompter as an overlay while recording in other apps.

Short trial period, high cost subscription

This app only allows three days to try the product. But the worst part is that there is no notification prior to the end of the trial. As many apps offer that service. The app is limited to a Teleprompter with limited access to adjust the text on screen. I do not recommend this tool if you need a Teleprompter.

Thank you for your feedback! We don't request notification permissions, so you're right that we don't send end-of-trial reminders. We'll look into handling it better inside the app. On functionality: the core teleprompter (scrolling, font size, recording) is fully available for free within one project. Multiple projects, watermark removal, and AI features require a subscription. Sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations!

Cannot use own scripts

This app forces you to use their AI scripts and I do not want that. I just need to function not the scripting. Wish I would have known that!

So sorry this happened! This bug has been fixed, please make sure you're on the most recent version, and it should no longer be an issue.

Not Working

When you spend over two hours writing a script, press record and finish that script only to see that the screen is completely black. You can hear yourself reading the script, but there is no video. Looks like I completely wasted my money.
