Faster Game play
I understand resetting the slingshot, sled and income levels after each level, but why not allow us to keep our coin bank? We are allowed to keep the gems and diamonds we collected. This would allow us to play more levels per day, instead of one level taking a day or two to complete. Love the game, just want to play it more often without the wait.

Game restrictions with the tickets , can’t play normal , have to wait again and again , hate this , is difficult allready to upgrade , and on the next run all come to zero again.

Too many ads!
The ads are way too long! A 10 second ad is all we need! Good grief! And don’t respond with the usual BS that you are striving to do better, blah blah blah when you aren’t going to do anything about the ads being too long! Enough already! I’m sick of all of these games with the ads!

This game is really fun but the only thing so far is that I wish there are eggs I can hatch and get different rarity’s of pets and each different world gave me better pets and the pets help me go faster and further and also please 0ads even though there isn’t many still please 0ads and I want to play with others and be able to trade pets slingshots money multiplier and sled

This game is amazing 🤩. I highly recommend for any one who likes to level up and beat there high scores. Love this game!!!
Good game but progress sucks
Why do I have to lose my sled progress? It’s like starting from level 0 all over. That sucks. Y’all need to work this. It’s a good game but losing progress sucks.
Lots of glitches
Prepare to buy tickets if you want to play , cool graphics that repeat themselves through the levels being so similar , glitches in that the sled just wrecks for no reason

Money grab
I went from level one to two. I’m disappointed:
* The reset of the sled and taking away all my accumulated wealth was not appreciated.
* the selling of tickets in order to have a sled ride is a money grab.
So in terms of free play putting up with ads was tolerable but selling of tickets pushed me over the edge to delete the game.

Cant go back levels
I want to replay previous levels to see how fast i can do them. No way of going back or resetting. And the ticket thing sucks.

Way to many ads two times down the hill then another ad and repeat!! Takes for ever to level up with all the stopping.
Fun but time consuming
Fun game but tired of how slow it takes to level up, especially if you don’t want to keep buying my coins to upgrade. Kind of a money pit if played that way with no permanent gain.
Very Poor communication
Let start saying I love this game, but what I don’t love is the issues with the videos you watch for a reward or a rocket. Never had a problem until two weeks ago or so they started having two ads come up in one window the second video wouldn’t play and the window would close with no reward I emailed support multiple multiple times and I would say was send us a picture of the video. Where do you live? And after two weeks, guess what the game isn’t and there are no videos at all. Forget getting a rocket or anything else because there are no videos. Maybe they’re just punishing me because I told him what I thought of their customer service and the game.
Update I don’t know how many days or weeks it’s been but I have sent well over 10 emails and videos and now I’ve been sent back to level one why? probably because I’m upset about the game

Fun Gameplay, But the Emerald Economy Is Broken

The core sledding mechanics are genuinely fun and addictive! However, I have to call out a major flaw: the emeralds. You earn them during gameplay, and you can watch ads to earn even more—but there is absolutely nothing to spend them on. No shop, no upgrades, no cosmetics, nothing.
Watching ads for a currency that has zero purpose feels like a complete waste of my time. Please either add a use for emeralds (e.g., new characters, trails, or level skips) or remove the ad-boost option entirely. Until then, they're just a meaningless number on the screen.
