Great app but no way to contact, still being charged

Frustrating I loved the app but when I had to change funds, I cannot access it, but I’m still charged for it. I found an email address but it’s returned as not a working email. I signed up for the $60 a year plan, now I’m being charged without being able to utilize it. I’m hoping someone connected to this app will see my review and contact me to resolve this because otherwise I did like this app.

Cost

I downloaded this thinking I could get some quality music, stories, and tools to help me sleep. But instead you get 4 things for free and have to SIGN UP and pay a fee just to get good sleep.

SCAM

This app is a scam! It says free 7 day trail but as soon as you try it ,you get charged the full year price & it doesn’t give you a free anything!!! I tried to cancel it and it won’t give me a refund!!! you get charged instantly even if it says you won’t!!!! Nothing about the trail is real it’s a scam! Do not trust this app!!!!!!!
