Good app

App has worked really well for me since I downloaded it. I paid the £6.99 a month for full access. Was working great! Till I had to factory reset my iPhone,everything was backed up to which I went a head and tried to restore purchase as it states in the app. But will not allow me to do this,so app is now not working which is rather frustrating.
If you could fix this would be fab!

Hello, could you message us via the "Send Feedback" option in the app? Go to the side menu of the app → More → Send Feedback. A document will be attached automatically that we would like to check. Make sure not to remove it. Also, do not forget to add some text to the body of the message because empty messages are automatically considered irrelevant.
