I just downloaded the app and had a look around to see if it would help, used it for 5 mins and you have taken £89.99!!! You have robbed me of my own money. I didn’t even set up a payment plan or agree to a payment term! Luckily for me I check my subscriptions weekly for scammers like you and I had cancelled this but you still have taken my money. This money was towards my dogs insurance excess for his heart medication. This is disgusting. I said what I was struggling with sleep wise and then tried for 5 mins. Already disputed with my bank and they have advised you need to pay me back. After seeing all of these bad reviews regarding the same thing about monies being taken, what a joke of a company. PAY ME BACK or I will have to go further with this, like financial ombudsman etc.

The audio is good but...
The audio and customization are amazing! But it's really annoying that when my device shuts off it I open another app the audio stops meaning I can't just relax and fall asleep I have to stay on the app to make sure the audio doesn't shut off which to me as an autist I find very annoying and not very relaxing I'm unaware if it's the same for others I'm sure it is. Still, I wish that would be fixed please do fix this!

I want to and have loved this app for so long. Came back to it recently and they have removed the apps background refresh so IT DOES NOT CONTINUE PLAYING WHEN YOUR PHONE LOCKS OR YOU LEAVE THE SCREEN. It’s actually very inconvenient and I will be requesting a refund of my subscription because it’s now unusable.

It was good but, it shut off the relaxing music when the phone automatically turned off.

I slept till 7 o clock and I usually sleep till about six o clock. This app is really recommended by me.
Problems
Each time I listen to a story on this app it stops every 3-5 minutes and I have to restart it again! What’s the deal with this?
