Took a chance on this system and glad I did, I feel more refreshed in the morning and get to sleep much faster. I think the trick is to have the special sound at a volume that’s just audible, not too loud. I have the waves, like being on holiday!

It wont even allow me too sign up, just constantly loads and doesn’t do anything
