They just charge you $60 then don’t respond to any emails about a return. Their ‘help’ email is invalid. The app itself is unusable to me.

Scam beware!

I was charged $60 even though it was supposed to have a free trial and the app pressures you to get the free trial if not, you cannot continue using the app and now my account is frozen because it tried to charge $60 even thought I canceled it in my App Store immediately after purchasing the free trial and the alleged free trial I am 4 days into it but somehow with a $60 charge. All I wanted to do was find a sleep helper so be careful.

This app has great potential but the software is buggy.
It is not letting me choose anything.
It is useless.

What they DON’T tell you

This, like many other apps, requires a PAID subscription that they don’t disclose upfront. Its shows as free but what you don’t realize is that you have to waste 15 minutes of your time downloading it and going through all the prompts to realized they only grant you access for 60 second clips before you’re required to make a purchase . Sure this app may be great but thanks for wasting my time not being transparent. Any interest i may have had or money i would have spent on a sleep app is going into someone else’s pocket because you’re incapable of disclosing payment requirements in the description. deception at its finest

Thanks for the detailed review! Access to the app does not require a paid subscription, we provide a FREE trial of 7 days. You can cancel it at any time if the content doesn't suit you and not pay a cent 🙌

Very relaxing

The app is absolutely amazing it has given me the ability to think only for 10 minutes that it has given me peace in my thoughts

Overpriced with little content

So had the full version only to find it skimpy with a huge price tag. The meditations and talks are few and the people that recorded it talk way to fast that I was more stressed out trying to keep up than getting to relax. Slow it down and charge more appropriately for what you are offering. 19 a year is more like it.

Thanks for the feedback! The thing is, we don't have meditations and never have. Our sessions are a special type of medical hypnosis to fully correct sleep problems. You won't find similar content anywhere else, and an annual subscription is cheaper than a single visit to a somnologist or therapist. Since the last update - we've added a lot more, including information on how to use the sessions and how they work. Give them a try, you're sure to change your mind!

The way she tell everything is amazing

I have listened to a few of the stories, and they are amazing. I am transported into the story & I become the one who walks within the tale. Thank you, developers, for this amazing programme.

Expensive...$45....$60???

I liked the questions it asks about your sleeping habits in a small survey. But.... just when you're about to start, it offers you a 7 day free trial, which I'm like "okay I'll bite" then it takes you to the subscription page, and offers two plans. A year, or three month subscription which are advertised as $4.99 a day or, $14.99 a month, to which they take out in one large lump sum. So the yearly is really $60, or the every three months for $45. I recommend BetterSleep! At least it's free with the option of subs for more content. And the free membership comes with plenty.

Thanks for the feedback 🙏 In fact, the psychotherapeutic method (SPMS) at the core of our sessions - has not yet been used in other applications. You can try it yourself and see how significant the difference is between free sleep sounds or generic meditations and what we offer. After all, we have a free period and it's easy to cancel if you're not satisfied.
