I have updated and installed the app twice but it is never opening in ios
Please rectify this issue ...

Disappeared of downloading option on purchased course in iOS

Again and again i have to uninstall and install for downloading option .
After 2-3 times of using app the downloading option on course disappear,
So need to reinstall and download again the videos.
Hope soon the problem will solve.

Multiple device error on same device

Hi,
Every time I open the app from my iPad, it asks me all the details to update my profile.

And if by mistake I logout from the app, the same app on same device says It does not allow multiple devices access.

Very frustrating to call the admin and ask to reset all the time. Plz fix this
