This app is a scam

This whole system is predatory and designed to scam event attendees out of money as unused funds at events require a manual request for refund, within a specific window - which is a process not clearly laid out at any event I’ve attended that used used this platform.

Terrible

Been forced to use this at a festival. Which was not allowing Apple Pay or just simply a card, which would have been way easier. Bizarre interface design choices. Wristband does not get recognized most of the time by my phone or the person that I'm trying to pay. The process to refund is unnecessarily complicated. Sometimes I really don't understand why everything has to be replaced or made more difficult by an app and this is the best example. I would not care if I was not forced to use it.

AMAZING

Best app ever, never seen a userface like this, mind-blowing and disruptive. I can clearly say it should be in the top 3 of AppStore all the time.

Seamless Signup Experience

It was very easy to download the app, login, pair it with my festival wristband and charge it with credit. So easy, go cashless, tap and go, Go Slesh ⚡️💜
