I saw they updated their app recently - it’s SO MUCH better now. The rewards work as intended and they’re so much better than before!
Also love that I no longer need a password - I just put my number in and I get my code to sign in texted right away. SOLID UPGRADE

Love Slice Factory from their service to the food. App is user friendly. Would be great if I was able to request no blu cheese on the salads. I really enjoy the salads.

Love this place, I order salads often but the newly updated app doesn’t allow for you to select which dressing you would like. Can it be added?? Thanks!
Not great at all
This is app doesn’t even work. Ordered from it plenty of times and the rewards do not work. Tried to change my password, literally, 20x and it doesn’t accept the match? Don’t advertise the app if it doesn’t work.
Super easy and super convenient to use.
After my first order, it now takes me 10 seconds to place my order. Very similar to Amazon re order experience. Give it a try

I’ve tried several times to order food through the app. Every time I try to order through the app it freezes .

Free Delivery?!
I have been using the app to place orders because of the advantage of free delivery but lately kept getting a weird error and unable to order. Today I was finally able to order and redeem a free pizza - one shocked I was charged a delivery fee called zone 1?! And two had to order something else because the 4.95 delivery fee or order was not more than $10...what?! What’s going on with the app? Thought it was free delivery if using the app and why did it not read I had place an order over $10 but redeem my reward? Getting frustrated😤

Very good to understand the layout of the app and when it came to the food it was absolutely delicious!
Useless
About as useful as their Facebook messenger that always ends with me having to call the location to even try to get the online offer honored. Just as that online checkout , the app does not accept your card and when it finally goes through they say they need more time for your order. Also forget the free slice that’s just their clickbait.

Broken and missing advertised features
The app was advertised to me by pamphlet claiming a free pizza slice. No such thing exists and on top you can’t use any other promo code in the app. Terrible sizing for most of the screens. The account I made for the app doesn’t work for the online ordering. Armature work at its finest.
Ordering Down
I’ve been trying to order to make use of my loyalty points and I keep getting an error message that app ordering is unavailable at all stores.
Horrible App
The app won’t let me add my Visa or MasterCard. I’ll just use another app for another place.
