App is broken

Can’t reset password, can’t login, can’t sign up with email. It’s broken… cmon. You had one job

Keeps telling me I need to log in

This app is buggy! It keeps telling me I need to login, every time I try to place an order, (and I’m already logged in. I confirmed multiple times I was already logged in!) I can navigate other areas with no issue. It’s only when I try to place an order, do I get this weird message. Please fix!

Love the pizza, but app is unusable

We go to Slice House weekly and love their pizza. Sadly, their mobile app is seriously unusable, between not being able to login or getting a session expired error when trying to place an order. I have to order through the website as a guest and miss out on the rewards points.

Repeat customer

Order a Caesar salad, meatballs, pizza and chicken wings. Everything good except the Caesar salad only came with one little salad dressing, barely enough for half. You guys need at least two or three Caesar salad dressings for that size of salad I’ll order extra next time.

Doesn’t have Livermore store

Seems like it will be a cool app. Doesn’t have the new Livermore location. Has it advertised at that location. But it’s not on the app.

Awesome!!! Delicious!!! Yummy

Great taste!!!

Review of the app

The app is horrible. Needs a more polished UI and should have a way to redeem points after purchase without the app. I missed out on a $110 order worth of points because the app was not loading. Learned afterwards that the receipt is useless…

Horrible Redemption

I’ve been eating at Slice House for over 10 years. The one on Haight Street. Pizza is great and customer service is prompt and solid. You use to be able to buy 10 slices and get on free. This new rewards is more than double that. Crazy to have to purchase over twenty slices to get one free one. What a scam.

Missing items

Food is decent but expensive. Today I was missing an item from my order and the staff was rude about it. It’s not my fault you guys made the mistake of forgetting my item.

Delivery was a let down

Order took over an hour to arrive and was cold on delivery. Labeling what you call a “medium” pizza as medium is frankly deceptive — what we received were two small pizzas, each priced at $29 or more. This is unacceptable for the cost and the wait.

Your app does not allow customers to dispute issues like this, which only adds to the frustration. I am requesting a full refund for this purchase.

River of Sauce

Too much Sauce! I could barely see the toppings and the dough was a little undercooked. I want a whole lot of cheese and enough sauce to cover the surface but not sticking to the paper or box lid it was so thick. I want to enjoy a pizza not drink sauce. The app works great it allows you to order and takes your money just fine. They did tell me to be there by 6:02 to pick up and I got there and it hadn’t even went in the oven yet. I am just hoping they had new staff or an off day.

Misleading - can’t order slices

Why does the app screenshot say “by the slice or by the whole” when the only option in the app is ordering whole pizzas?

Best Pizza!

This is a good start for the slice house app and the pizza is really good

Good Luck Using Rewards

I got the app as I was told the only way to redeem rewards was via the app. However, when I went through the order process it wouldn’t let me redeem.

Awesome app for an awesome restaurant

This pizza is hands down the best and the app makes it so easy to order their delicious food!

Good start for the App

Reviewing the app, not the food. Food is great.
App is new and a great start.
A few things:
- hours are not correct or not aligned at least with what’s shown on Google maps.
Belmont shows open until 10pm in the App and 9pm on Google (and I know from going last week that they close at 9)
- when looking at past orders it seems to default to ET instead of my current time zone (PT)
- also … generally I would have expected this to be a little cheaper than going through DoorDash or uber. Why would I choose your app then for pickup? DoorDash ordering experience will always be better and I can get discounts through credit card or buying gift cards at Costco

Cant order a slice

One star because I cant order a single slice with this app

App keeps crashing - can’t open

I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app but it keeps crashing. Can’t open it

5 Stars awesome sauce

Slice House in Thousand Oaks is a go-to spot for amazing pizza. The app makes ordering super easy and pickup is always fast.

The slices are next level—crispy crust, fresh toppings, and a great mix of classics and unique flavors. Definitely try the Detroit-style or Grandma slice. Always hits the spot!
