Slice of Life Companion

Slice of Life Companion is the iPhone half of Slice of Life, the Mac app that auto-edits your day's footage into a finished vlog. Requires Slice of Life for Mac (sold separately). HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick your footage Choose clips from Photos or import from Files — any camera works, as long as the footage is already on your phone. 2. Choose your destination Pick the same iCloud Drive folder your Mac is watching. Your phone remembers it after the first time. 3. Review Page or Auto-Render Review Page: your Mac analyzes everything in the background so it's ready to review the moment you open it. Auto-Render: your Mac builds the whole video automatically — you just get notified when it's done. 4. You're done Once your Mac finishes, you'll get a notification on your phone. The finished video syncs straight back into the same folder — access your edited vlog right from your phone. WHY IT EXISTS Editing a vlog usually means waiting until you're back at your computer with all your footage. Slice of Life Companion closes that gap — send your clips the moment you're done filming, and let your Mac do the work in the background. By the time you're home, your vlog is either finished or waiting for your final touch. WHAT SLICE OF LIFE DOES The Mac app automatically finds your best talking-to-camera moments, cuts in matching b-roll, adds captions, and exports a finished, ready-to-post vlog — no timeline, no manual editing.
