We're sorry to hear that you're having problems turning on the app. 1. From any text iMessage, click on the "A" for app. 2. Click on the 4 dot in the left bottom corner. 3. Click on the "plus" sign that says Store underneath. 4. Click on "Manage" on the top right. 5. Scroll down til you see "Slick Hands Vol 1" and turn in on. If you're still having problems, please go to the @og_moji_stickers Instagram page and look at our post from June 20 that shows pics with instructions. Thank you!
