none of the games work whenever I click on them, all it says is “error_description_encryption_meta-data_read_failure”.

Years ago when I used this app it was perfect, now in 2025 you can’t even use it at all. It just says error every time you try to use any of the things on it.

Over the years that I have had this app on and off, I have a total of 800 stars that I have been rewarded with. I have used 600 of those stars (200 at a time) to buy the slideup+. One of the perks of the slideup club plus+ is that the friends is unlimited. This is not the case for me. The new friends do not load after I have reached a certain amount of people. No matter what I do the people won’t show up. I wasted 600 stars that I worked hard to earn on something that isn’t giving me the thing I paid for. Please fix this. Also not letting me see new people even after one swipe.

I thought this app was a app were you didn’t need snap chat. But turns out you do. This app never stated that you need snap chat. Im really sad now because i am not aloud to have snap chat.

It will not let me take a picture and I downloaded it for my child and it said it was for kids she does not have Snapchat and it keeps taking her there
Glitch?
I posted one to my snapchat story, once I decided it wasn’t working I deleted it off my story and I deleted the app. The thing keeps re-appearing on my story no matter how many times I remove it. It’s not a problem with my snap, because none of the other things I deleted have re-appeared. Is this a glitch with this app or is there some type of virus on the app?

a lot of the filters won’t load onto snapchat and it makes it less fun to play around with after downloading it i would not redownload it

I downloaded this in April and deleted it because people were adding me on snap chat because I put my user name on there it was fine I told them I was 11 and they were 25 years old and still asking me for nudes and trying to date me. I tried downloading it today since I have not gotten anymore friend requests from the app but it does not work I find a filter I want to use on there so I click play and when I get on snap chat camera it says download to play so I click download and it brings me to the app I found the filter I wanted to use still and it just keeps doing the same thing constantly I tried deleting it and redownloading it but nothing works. Honestly it was working when I first had it I do not know what happened to it. Please fix this!

it won’t work
i just tried using the filter “how long till my bday” after a few months and now i find out you have to download another app to even use the filter. i downloaded the app, searched the filter and found it, then i pressed “launch to snapchat” and i did, because without “downloading the app it won’t work” i downloaded it and it won’t let me use the filter. i tried closing snapchat, and SLIDE UP and it still doesn’t work. i continue about 3 or 4 more times to try and access the filter and still won’t let me use it. it keeps showing the same thing “download SLIDE UP to use this filter” everytime. i just want to use the filter.
