Hi, thank you for your feedback. The song order probably changes because you have the "Shuffle music tracks" setting switched on. You can change it in the Slideshow Settings. You can also disable it by default (for all new slideshows) in the Default Slideshow Settings. Please contact us at support@veprit.com to find out why export doesn't work.

Cannot load item

Hi, thank you for your feedback! Are you trying to create a slideshow or play photos/videos on a TV? Also, are your photos/videos from the Photos Library or from Files? If they’re from the Photos Library, it’s possible that some items haven’t been downloaded from iCloud properly. Please open the Photos app and view those photos/videos to make sure they’re fully available — that should help. If the issue continues, please contact us at support@veprit.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

SlideFlow está diseñado para ser rápido y fácil de usar para todos: solo tienes que añadir tus fotos o videos, y tu presentación animada estará lista para reproducir o exportar. Entendemos que esta simplicidad puede parecer básica si buscas opciones más avanzadas. Nos encantaría saber qué funciones te gustaría ver, para poder mejorar sin perder la facilidad de uso. Hi, thank you so much for your kind feedback and for suggesting this feature! We agree that 4K export would be very useful, and it’s already on our future plans list. We can’t promise it very soon, as it involves some technical challenges, but it’s definitely on our radar. UPDATE: 4K export is available from version 3.7.

We just released SlideFlow version 2.8, which now allows you to import photos and videos from any files on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad, in addition to the Photos library. Missing a VERY basic feature

Hi, thanks for your review! It sounds like there may be some confusion—SlideFlow always displays one photo per slide, and multi-photo layouts are not currently supported.
