They have a cluedo promotion that says to download the app to input codes but there’s nowhere on the app to do this??

Fails at the first hurdle
The easiest thing on the app should be to sign in to a touch screen terminal in a Slim Chickens. Not got a clue where they have buried it in the app, instant delete.

Still yet to be able to scan the membership card when ordering let alone redeem any offers.
When scanning the membership card when ordering the machine consistently just gives an error. And clicking the offers within the app shows no items found despite showing on the Home Screen….

Doesn’t register visits or stamps
Sadly the app is pretty useless. It doesn’t register visits or rewards. If you get a voucher/reward you have to order from the till which seems a bit pointless. I like the food but they need to up their game re the app and loyalty as that puts me off using them.
Good food, bad app
Who’s ever designed a loyalty app that you HAVE to go to the counter (no self serve), and HAVE to swipe your loyalty QR and then HAVE to swipe again if you have any deals/freebies. The staff have no idea what’s going on with the app and why you would be feeling and switching, neither do the people behind you in the queue. So close to good, but right now it’s bad!

No longer registers stamps
Good benefits if you can get the app to work, but sadly that isn’t the case. Filling the first stamp card meant you had to go to the till, not use the screens. Now that I’ve filled the first card - the stamps no longer register? Despite asking and being assured that the stamp would arrive because I’d scanned my app (“it just takes a while to come through”), it hasn’t shown up more than four days later. No point in having the app if it doesn’t actually work in-store.

What on earth is the point of having an app with the loyalty scheme when it only seems to work when you scan the code at the till? Occasionally it’s worked at the screens but it seems totally random!
