DVR Lacking
Too often the DVR will not adjust its recording length for delayed or elongated sports games, such as the dodgers Phillies rain delayed game today. Losing out on the very end of the game, including recent World Cup match play is highly frustrating. Also, when I cancel the recording of numerous games before they air it makes no difference, the DVR Always records the canceled recordings anyway. Please improve!!

Good but problems
I like the service but there are issues with it. The app often fails to launch properly, forcing me to reset my TV. Fees continue to increase with no added benefits. No CBS.

DVR needs work
I like Sling but the DVR has never worked well, at least not on the Amazon Fire Stick. It will not seem to fast forward and then suddenly blow through 20 minutes of a show and frequently will not return to play when play is pushed. Please find a way to fix this.
Pixelates constantly
On multiple devices. Gigabit internet. Not surprising from a trash company like Dish. They’re barely holding it together.
Doesn’t honor their promotions.
Received an offer for first month free and still have a screenshot of the offer. I accepted the offer and instead of cancelling the subscription I kept it. But instead of giving me the first month back free they charged me then when I finally got in contact with support after three days of no answer and showed screenshot of the promotion. They replied they have no such promotion and called me a liar. I immediately cancelled this trash companies service with their trash ethics. Never will be using them again. One thing I hate more than greed is dishonesty and instead of taking accountability shifting blame on someone else.

Scam service
Will promise all these channels with the minimum subscription. Then pull the rug out and give you nothing and egg you into the 60 dollar a month subscription. Then you cancel it. Only to find out it magically didn’t cancel months later so they can reach their slimed hands into your pockets and not say a thing

Paid for this and it just didn’t load. Had full service the entire time and it didn’t load. Restarted and it didn’t work at all.
Pricing extremely unfair
I was genuinely surprised to see Sling’s channel packaging. Fox News is available in a plan starting at just $19.99 per month, while viewers who want CNN have to upgrade to a package costing over $60 per month. Regardless of anyone’s political views, that feels like an unfair pricing structure. Customers shouldn’t have to pay three times as much simply to access a different major news network. I understand that licensing agreements play a role, but from a consumer’s perspective, the pricing seems unnecessarily unbalanced. I hope Sling will consider offering a more equitable way for customers to choose the news channels they want without forcing them into significantly more expensive packages.

Stated they had the World Cup, but only after subscribing did it ever populate the website with the ticker saying that it is not available in my area, and then their AI assistant says they will not issue a refund

Epic fail with World Cup

Stops constantly
When I say that this app stops constantly, it’s not an exaggeration. The stream is interrupted every 1-5 minutes. It’s unbelievably frustrating. My cousin said she used to have sling and got rid of it because of the glitches and stream interruptions but that it might have been her WiFi. We have high speed internet and all our other apps work just fine.
This may be the cheapest streaming service but that’s because it’s absolute trash. Also, you don’t get as many channels or viewing options as they claim.
I’m surprised considering the rating of over 4.6 but now that I read some of the reviews, they seem vague and/or fake.

Streaming options have degraded and stopped working
The app keeps giving 26-50 errors making the app useless. Something has drastically been degraded in the past few weeks. Terrible! And there are no customer support options!
