UNLIMITED DVR THAT DOESN’T RECORD? SERIOUSLY?
Extremely disappointed. I subscribed to Sling specifically for the Little League World Series and paid for Unlimited DVR because I wanted to save the games and watch them later. Today, the two games I wanted — Japan vs. Curaçao and Nevada vs. Ohio — DID NOT RECORD. I had Little League set to record all games, and tomorrow’s games are still showing as scheduled. I checked Recordings, Replays, and On Demand, and the games are nowhere. Meanwhile, other random programs recorded just fine. What exactly am I paying for if the ONE thing I subscribed for doesn’t record? Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Sling needs to fix this.

Horrible
You start to binge a show and they’ll delete all the episodes to try and get you to pay. Very limited selection of free stuff anyways. All around horrible.
Best Deal
One of the most affordable and easiest managed live TV app that I’ve used. Being able to get a one day pass for single events has been really beneficial to me and my wallet.
Buggy and full of ads
Videos will skip around, usually going backwards. No speed control. And more ads than content.

Terrible service made off lies
I just want to watch my football team and I buy the subscription for it and it says it’s blacked out in my area. How is that possible when I live in the area. It’s become impossible to be a casual sports fan and sling tv just flat out lied about what they’re selling. I’m sure it’s not slings fault that they can’t show it but don’t advertise about it in the first place.

iPhone App Crashes CONSTANTLY
Great channel list. Decent pricing. I would love the service, IF it actually worked consistently. The only thing consistent about this app is the fact that it crashes every single time I use it. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
I have been using Sling TV for around four years now, trying to give it a chance to improve, but the app itself (on my iPhone) is just the jankiest streaming app I have ever used. It’s such a disappointment. I would not recommend the streaming service to anyone if they intend to use their phone or tablet to watch. It’s just complete trash.

Customer for several years then they keep my last monthly payment without access.
DVR unusable on iPhones
There is an advertisement for unlimited DVR space that blocks the use of the DVR. The fields cannot be selected because they are blocked by a txt window.
Billing issues - poor service
Subscription never worked on my TV through the app. Customer support would assist. Got the run around. Paid $66 for nothing
Bring back Recents
Why on earth would some Indian IT nerd think removing Recents channel listing was a good idea? Absolute trash the new user interface is.
Needs more work
I like sling tv but please don’t continue advertising that it’s free tv because it’s not. I also have a problem with the streaming service freezing on me sometimes so this problem needs to be worked out otherwise everything else is great. It’s also to expensive. You need to do something about bringing down the cost of the streaming services.

Sighed up for a day pass to watch a football game and the app lied about me being able to watch it .
Constantly reinstalling to get past their IP address problems
The app has a faulty infrastructure to try to block foreign access. This is part of the more aggressive sell of your information to advertisers. But it doesn’t work half the time. Any home wiFi is a problem.

Super bugged
Had to immediately change my password right after making my account because the app forgot my password. And what do you mean by“request” when trying to delete account? There ain’t no request about that, it’s a “do it”. And why do I gotta give my information like address and phone number when I’m trying to delete account? Are you gonna sell my information to third parties? Though I can only give 1 star my real review is ZERO stars

AppleTV remote not working well
This is not about the service it is about the app. If you are attempting to advance or rewind a program using the AppleTV remote, it rarely works. Even pausing the broadcast and moving the cursor then pressing play does not work. Never had this problem with Fubo nor with any other streaming services such as Paramount+. Using your iPhone as the remote is marginally better.
