Clearly no one at Trashworks wants to do any type of improvements to this run down app. Sell the rights to someone else that would actually make some positive changes. You have the worst RTP since yall went to that lowlife independent test house. The gameplay errors are never fixed. Game steals coins and your worthless customer support does nothing. Worst type of payouts around. Zero changes to the daily wheel. Still have the useless 10 coins on there that I seem to get 3-4 times a week. 10 measly coins for a “gold tier” player. the every 4 hour bonus is an absolute joke. I get less coins in gold tier than I did as a bronze tier. Provided proof and they swept it under a rug like that never happened. You have games that payout zero coins even after getting 5,6,7,8 slingos because you end up with free spins and get “0” coins in the free spins. Has happened several times and way more than it should. Great RTP results there isn’t it. They delete peoples feedback when it doesn’t match their agenda. They’ll say they don’t but negative or criticizing feedback always seems to disappear.. Stop making such horrible excuses, if I was that bad at my job and didn’t hold myself accountable to be better I would get terminated. Basically there’s zero accountability to provide better gameplay better results, fixing issues, better customer support, better developers.
