We understand your concern regarding the withdrawal being denied due to “insufficient funds” and the mention of “bonus funds.” Please note that if the system indicated the funds were bonus funds, this means those funds are subject to wagering requirements as outlined in our bonus policy. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are fully met. Also, when you have both a real balance and a bonus balance, the system uses your real balance first during gameplay. Once that is exhausted, your bonus balance is used. It seems that you have played through your real balance and then continued playing with bonus funds, which is why you were unable to request your withdrawal.
