There is a problem with the livestream because the screen keeps blinking in and out and no matter what I’ve done nothing fixed the issues. I have updated the slingstudio app, deleted and reinstalled the app, factory reset the console and it still does the same thing. Overall it is a great streaming program if they would fix the connection issues with the screens.

Amazing system!!!
Sling Studio is an absolute amazing system, makes our job of filming funerals such a breeze. Would love some more features where you could take a photo and import that straight into the sling or upload a video from email. Hoping the keep developing the system, as it’s one we can’t live without…
Poor app
Got this app and streaming system for live streaming… now it doesn’t let us live stream about 75% of the time. Need some serious fixes for me to be happy with this!

SlingStudio No Longer in Business
I purchased my Sling Studio in September 2019 and it does still work but the SlingStudio company no longer exists. Dish Network owns the myslingstudio.com domain and there are no more sales of the SS nor any of the parts or accessories. If your unit breaks down, you’re screwed. Fortunately my unit is still working seamlessly however the Wi-Fi speed test check on the app doesn’t work anymore and the app hasn’t been updated in over a year. I suppose the app will eventually become obsolete when it can’t update anymore with the newer iOS updates. Then the entire SS console and hub will become utterly useless. I bought my SS for $2500 and my investment will be gone and I’ll be forced to purchase a different kind of streaming solution and switcher. I do love the SS unit and wish they didn’t go out of business and it’s very disappointed they did it without notice one year after I bought the unit and left their customers high and dry and with no compensation. Feels like a scam.

Help was rejected?!
Our sling studio quit putting audio over our livestreams and recordings. We have done everything the website suggest and nothing helps. We’ve tried contacting them and everything, it says we are rejected with no other way of contact.
