WOWO they stole my money I won the Morocco one and all they did was refund me my entry today whe I should’ve won some this app is actually such a scam please save yourself the hassle and NEVER download this terrible app

Errors
I will update this if I can get some help, but I upgraded to premium already, but it's still not giving me the option to pay out via ACH. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It's showing me as premium, but still not letting me connect a bank account.
It's really discouraging because obviously I just paid extra to be able to cash out via ACH and I still am not able to. I did email support and I'm hoping I can hear back. Thank you.

Improving.
Trying to jump through the hoops necessary to withdrawal any winnings is made to be difficult and clearly against what they’re trying to do. Won’t verify my id even though I’ve taken pictures clearly 30 time.
Updated review - early difficulties once resolved and paid for premium membership was able to get a withdrawal from the account fairly quickly and for that reason I’ll upgrade from a 1 star and scam to two stars. It’s a work in progress I think but if they get to the point where withdrawals weren’t locked behind a paywall I’d be more apt to give a 3-4 star.

wont let me withdraw funds
It wont accept my drivers license as a valid form of ID. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and they never got back to me. I can't withdraw any funds that I won. Seems to me like this is a scam app.

This is a scam app i want my money
Got this app on may 13th couldn’t cash out until june 1st because of a 14 day cycle rule if you don’t pay 20 dollars for premium this app shows my 100 dollar payout check is processing for 20 plus days now im confused why is a app that send money doing it through checks my user name is jaheimbowie in no i will not contact support email because your support sent me 4 of the same emails about how can i help reply with new or same problem than 3 days later after already reading the problem twice they ask what’s wrong than later again it goes back into reply with your problem its all a scam i will back this app up in use it again if i can speak to an actual person or get my money.

This is a Scam
I have been trying for 4 months to get the money out of my account because payout methods are broken. Customer service is almost non-existent and if they do answer, they give the run-around. I am getting ready to seek legal counsel to figure out what I need to do to get my money because it’s ridiculous. I can’t give 0 stars so I am forced to give 1.
