One of my favorite apps! Simple. Reliable. Bug-free. What an app should be. It is my version of that “fidget” gadget thingy that was so popular. And it allows me to practice my slide rule skills when I don’t have one of my rules with me. Much appreciation to the developer.

This beautifully done app will provide you with a gut level experience of using a slide rule. It has all of the right scales, and the magnified cursor is a HUGE feature. I used a “slipstick” during my early engineering career, and I sort of missed it. Now I can use one like my old Post Versalog or K&E Log Log Duplex Decitrig. BRAVO TO THE AUTHOR. Look at the all 5-star ratings. The others I tried were like games.

Slip stick app, lovely retro computing device
This lovely app recreates to sliderule experience. It has the look and almost the “feel” of the device that was essential to engineering before the advent of the HP calculator.
