About
The SLIS-G Mobile Application is
a digital platform designed to support field verification, monitoring, and
reporting of land use changes on Government land through a crowdsourcing-based
approach. The application enables field officials, authorized users, and
stakeholders to collect real-time geospatial information and validate land use
conditions directly from the field.
The app integrates GPS-enabled
location tracking, geotagged photo capture, and attribute data collection to
facilitate accurate field verification of land parcels. Users can record
observations related to land use, encroachments, environmental conditions, or
changes in land cover and submit them instantly to the central SLIS-G system.
This helps in maintaining an updated and reliable spatial database of
Government land assets.
The collected data is
synchronized with the SLIS-G portal and server infrastructure, allowing
administrators and decision-makers to analyze field observations, verify land
status, and initiate necessary actions.
