Fix live tracking
Please fix live tracking. Half the buses don’t have it working. That’s the most helpful part of the app.
Worst App of All Time
I’ve genuinely never seen something like it, truly one of the worst apps of all time. it’s a coding mystery on how they made it so bad. I can’t remember one time over the past two years it’s told me the correct time my bus was coming. Oh the bus is 5 minutes away? let me walk the 2 minutes it takes me to stop, I get there, either i somehow missed the ghost bus because now it says it’s 19 minutes away! ok well I guess I’ll walk home. I turn around at my house, boom, it’s leaving. not 5 minutes away, not 19 minutes away, but 10 since I’d left the first time. I love slo, I love cal poly, this app has genuinely made me think about dropping out and moving.

Unreliable
Often busses do not appear appear on the map. Sometimes the app says a bus will be coming and it never does.
A social experiment by the deranged
With this app, you too can be late for classes because the buses didn’t show up on the map and the times never updated to reflect the bus that passed 15 minutes before schedule!

If the app had correct information. Also the 4b and 4a swap on which one shows up on the map cause knowing where both are is way too helpful. As much as I love walking 30 min home, waiting 20 minutes past the expected bus arrival time is the slo transit way. Stop spending so much on advertising and get your stuff to actually work

WORST TRANSPORTATION APP EVER
I don’t know if it’s SLO or that not many takes the bus but this app is complete garbage.
Never gets the time right, app crashes all the time. Often with the 4A and 4B it’ll be telling me that there’s two buses coming in a row.
Now the app isn’t even showing me the busses next arrival time. It’s just giving me a “not available” even though I re-downloaded it three times. Some of my friends have time showing and some didn’t.

Connections?
App won’t take my location and destination then tell me possible connections. Maybe there is a way in the app for this but I haven’t found it in 15 min of clicking, either it isn’t intuitive or it’s just middle school programming. Its like the old days of reading schedules and doing the work yourself. Very internet 1.0. I really expected better than just a collection of bus schedules. Functionality is serious letdown.

Can't use in dark mode
Can't see the eta of buses when in dark mode. Please fix.
Dark Mode update blocks essential info
I love this app and use it to get to school frequently, but after the iOS 13 update, it’s basically unusable since most of the time date is blacked out.
Needs an update
The app’s UI supports the new dark mode but isn’t compatible at all. Text consistently doesn’t display properly against the dark background. Either dark mode shouldn’t be available on the app or the app needs revisions to support it.
Version 3.8.10 crashes
It will not open at all, instantly crashes.

Has messed up my plans on several occasions
It switches which bus I'm supposed to take while I'm waiting. First it says the bus is coming in 5 minutes, then the time passes and I check the app and it tells me to take a different bus that's coming in 30 minutes. Then you get on the bus and the bus takes a completely different route than what is shown on the map. This app is so flawed.

Needs to be way better
The bus system is already always late, the least this app could do is send the correct data about bus times.
Please fix the notifications!
I've been using this app since the beginning of this year, but since about a week ago, whenever I set a reminder a few minutes before the bus arrives, the notification/alert doesn't even happen. I have all of the notification settings turned on and I know other people who are having the same problem.

Broken
"Could not fetch places" while using cellular data. Got on wrong buses several times because of it.

The app doesn't even work. I've been late to multiple things because of it.
Problems with latest update
Ever since the last update, I am consistently seeing "not available" and "null" for my bus, when before, I would always see a time even if it was an estimate. I'm just not seeing my bus or when it arrives anymore. This happens on route 5 a lot.
Flawed but useful
I know the rating says 4 stars but consider it to be a 3.5. As the title suggests, this app, while incredibly useful, can be difficult to use. The bus tracking system can be a bit laggy at times. There was even a point where the bus stayed in the exact location on the map for half an hour before moving. The times are also subject to change as "arriving in 5 minutes" could mean anywhere from 2-10 minutes. Long story short, you should get this app, but give yourself plenty of flexibility when it comes to timing.
