Worst app I’ve ever experienced

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use , interface is clumpy, and slow . Videos are still pictures offering no range of motion information and it’s now over a week with response to my email requesting a refund . It took a subscription immediately despite offering the free three days . The only reason I have given one star is I had to give a rating to move on . Would not recommend and advice to look at other apps offering a superior experience .

At this point in time, Slopax is paid for unlimited use. We absolutely offer a FREE 3-day trial so that you can test our features and see just how well we can help you work towards your goals. There is NO COMMITMENT during this time and you get to fully use and explore the app, with 24/7 access to our support. However, Slopax is paid and we are very transparent about that. We were free for over a year prior, but as I am sure you can imagine, building out a platform along with the multitude of costs that comes with running a business didn't allow us to remain free as much as we'd want to. We are confident in our product and thus we started charging a small fee (~ $2.50/month) in order to keep driving people towards their goals. We are happy you gave Slopax a try, it truly means the world. Perhaps in the future, when we grow to have a freemium model, you can circle back :)
