Beware
I’ve been plying this game for years. However this year it has been just horrible. They try and get you to buy coin packages that come with free spins, gems and coins. Several times now I’ve had to email support to get the added bonus, many times they have not fulfilled the entire package of what I paid for…..this is fraud in my opinion! Take screen shots to have proof!

Dont waste your time with this game, Should you have a issue and email them, you’ll never hear back. Each day you’ll get an email offering free gifts. Good luck with that, It doesn’t ever work. I’ve been emailing them for months asking for help and have yet to hear back.
The above review of mine is from 2 years ago. As of 5/2026 I made a foolish choice of buying a gem pack. Well, they charged my account twice. I informed them and naturally they don’t respond. I complained to Apple to get a refund. Since I’ve complained, I’ve been on a losing streak with the game. The owners of this game, in my opinion, definitely control your spins. Be mindful and don’t waste your money.

Keep Track of Any Purchases
Be very very careful. If you purchase a coin pack or gem pack with the promise of getting free spins and additional coins or gems “tomorrow “ very very often, tomorrow never comes. You may get it if you pester them enough on the contact feature in settings, or you may not ever get a response. It is basically theft and a class action should be started against this party.

Forget winning, it only takes your points
I’ve been playing this game for many years. They updated it a couple of years ago, and even the lowest bets are outrageously high.I never, never win a bonus. There is no more genie that used to come up before and magically give you points. There’s just no winning, it’s take, take, take. I would never buy points for this game ever.

Played for years now decided to stop playing, few pay outs, No more fun without buying more coins. Machines are often set On high bets to take your coins. Done with these games. Waste of time and money.

Frustrated
2023 update: much less a fan these days. Win : Loss ratio is upside down. Way more loss. The daily "freebies" to email rarely work. Email support regarding broken links is 100% Unresponsive. Very disappointing. ** It is a great game with great graphics and theme choices. I have been playing it for quite awhile - over a year. My only complaint, it's a big one, is that the higher the level you achieve => the less frequently you win which is extremely disappointing. At this point my big wins are very rare, my free spins rarely hit anything and I constantly run out of coins because I have spin after spin after spin that hits NOTHING.

Now when you open the game you are forced to watch an advertisement for another game and then it takes you to the App Store without your permission. I contacted Slot Bonanza but they never responded. So, is a company we’ve never interacted with getting our information without our consent?

Good luck getting your daily free gift from the daily emails. It never works and when you email them they don’t respond. The game will let you win but wants you to make purchases. When you don’t purchase you’ll be on a losing streak. Terrible

I have this game and have had it for many years. I’m very unhappy with customer support. I have tried at least 5 times to find out the benefits of the black diamonds other than playing them on some games just to receive more black diamonds. ????
