They do not pay withdrawals and have a delay tactic

I am currently trying to withdraw my winnings. They have asked for id verification of an expired card which is 2 year+ old. It is nothing to do with the card I have deposited from and had other withdrawals to. No request for driving licence or passport which is standard process.

Will be closing my account with them once I get my winnings. Taking this all the way to the CEO of LeoVegas if I have to and IBAS.

Made a deposit that never made it to account. The support page is dodgy as, definitely hackers trying to get your personal details and into your device while in chat.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get this app!!!

It says as you get the app you get 10 pounds free for joining which I did, but as soon as I got my 10 pounds bonus I tried to go on a game and it was loading for half an hour and it still was loading. So I came off the app and changed from WiFi to 4G because it says if you have a slow connection also it will take a bit longer then usual but it still took the same amount of time and didn’t load still... 🤬 also I swiped down to come off the game after it was taking so long and it wouldn’t let me click on anything apart from slide up or down on the page. This is a disgrace, so I clicked on contact support after to explain what was happening and it put me in a live chat, at first I was in the que 10th place and then went down to 3rd within 20 minutes of waiting and then it just automatically logged me out!!!🤬So I signed BACK IN AND STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN!!! I started at 7th in the que all the way to 1 more person left in the que and then IT LOGGED ME BACK OUT AGAIN!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ITS THE WORST APP IVE EVER BEEN ON!!!

Only can see a couple of rubbish wins on the first FREE money that you can’t win off because of the twice as high as any other casino and basically impossible wagering requirement. My partner was automatically verified got the £10 bonus and it was gone in 20p a spin in a matter of seconds 😂 RTP is the worst I’ve ever seen!! You’re required to wager X50 (£500), before you’re allowed to withdraw only £50 max 😂 It’s an absolute con really 😂 I wasn’t automatically verified and they require every bit on information you have, including your nans brothers dogs name.
