Still has bugs
The update fixes the issue of not being able to log in. But the app has bugs all over the place. Searches don’t work, buttons don’t work. Have to keep signing out and back in to get anything to work. All the “shared data” seems to be really old, 2023 and 2024 for the casinos I was able to search.
Super useful
I’ve used this app many times to keep track of my winnings on machines. I’ve definitely earned more returning to my higher paying machines than I would’ve if not for this app!

Can’t log in
I’ve tried numerous times to get logged in. I get to the page where it’s a 3 day trial and I have to enter payment. I enter payment method, the app goes to the main screen and then immediately goes back to the login/signup page. I’ve emailed support and no response.
Don’t work
Can’t log in, all it says is wrong password reset over 5 times still don’t work, can’t even try to get it to work fix your app!!! I tried to contact support and it wants my password to my email !!!! Not a good sign definitely seems like scamming for your personal account information… I thought jackpot famous was legitimate but now I know for sure he be scamming!!!

How to opt out of this app completely?
It gives you a 7 day trial period for regular and pro levels with monthly and yearly rates. But it doesn’t let you choose because at the bottom only option is 7 day trial pro level. And yes, it’s expensive for a once or twice a year casino player.

Username error and password recovery failure
When I try to login to recover my password from my old account it keeps giving me a error message. Then when I try to make a new account I keep getting a username name error or “username already taken” error and I have tried a number of different usernames very unique as well. Would be nice to use. 🤷🏻♀️

Tried more than I can count to log back in. It tells me there is a login error. Unable to reset password… also get an error that the version is out of date

I got so frustrated I even randomly tapped the keyboard for a username and still it said username name taken.
