Lousy Customer Support

As usual this slot game only lets you win big the first day you download it. After that, the winnings are sparse. They also set it up that when you bet higher amounts, you don’t get any free spins and the bonus games give you next to nothing returns.

Tried contacting customer support and it repeatedly responds “service unavailable “. It would be nice to finally be able to find a game that allows you substantial wins and decent odds.

Very good if you want to pay for billions of coins

I have been playing this game for a few years and the longer that you play, the less coins you will win.
When you contact this company, they will not contact you back.
When you contact them for help, they ignore your request.
Very bad customer relations.o

IMPOSSIBLE & EXPENSIVE

This is one slot game that requires allot of money to play because your are not able to play without spending and spending. Plan on spinning and spinning without anything happening. This is one slot game I will be deleting way to expensive to play for fun.

Just started, and WOW what a Journey!

I have just started and I am filling the challenge path and it is exciting and I am surprised to be winning. I have been a bit intimidated by the big targets required however that is all part of the fun and excitement and it has been a very entertaining experience so far! Thanks for your hard work.

Ads for porno slots!

I have been playing this game for about a week or so and have to admit I actually had been enjoying it. Lots of wins, and lots of extra challenges. I was going to rate it five star until this evening. All of a sudden there were way more pop up ads for slots, which I do not like but can tolerate to a point but then I get a pop up that was totally different. It was for a so called “ adult” slot game! I was very offended and glad a child didn’t happen upon it. I turned off my phone immediately. If it ever happens again I will cancel this slot game and also inquire into whether any laws are being broken!! It is a well designed gaming system why ruin it ?

I’ve downloaded and played so many of these slot apps. This is the ONLY APP that doesn’t play ads between every game. It also does not consume your coins in 5 minutes. I make in app purchases from time to time but it’s an AWESOME APP! Thank You

Black out

My fav game with the babies goes to a black screen after playing the squrril thingy have to delete app and get it again the next day losing the urge to play

Non stop spams

Reported as scam and fraud to apple for playing paid ads without my consent. These guys will spam you non stop to buy their chips packages and even auto play ad without your permission. I have a spam blocker so it will show blank screen every time these crooks tried to autoplay ad while on their app. I have reported this app to BBB, not that it matters, looks like some hole in the wall mom and pop shop company somewhere in Asia. would avoid this slot app like a plague and potential identity theft. Deleted and wiped all data from my phone cleaned and disinfected.

Nearly every single spin is followed by 5+ ads to X out of before you can spin again. Some ads make it very hard to find the X spot to initiate closure. There are way better apps out there..deleting app now.

I was not aware that I would be loosing Billions of coins and a 378 lvl account and Clan Leader status by signing in with my Apple ID versus Facebook. I don’t see myself redownloading this game unless this issue is fixed or I am equally compensated for my loss. (Seeing as I use in game purchases frequently)

Painful Waste of a Life

Truly this game is even less fun and less productive than shoving a lit sparkler up your nostril. If you want to sit through ENDLESS, CONSTANT and SLOW cutesy animations for virtually everything then this is your game.

NOTE to all game makers: sit through any animation 1,000 times and let me know how adorable you think it is.

Additionally every single thing on this game requires you to stop and press ‘accept’ or ‘continue’ or ‘collect’. Really what this should be called is ‘Administrative Red Tape’ where nothing is ever fun and yet still takes an eternity to accomplish.

Lastly, all of these are unregulated games where you are insane if you spend any money with them. You’re giving people who have no controls on them your real money to be given fake money you can win anything with anyhow. And they make their money solely through ripping everyone off. That’s THEIR game. So don’t play this or any other and also don’t believe the ridiculously fake reviews. I mean come on, an app that gave away free groceries, cars and and could transform you into a superhero wouldn’t get the scores these gaming fraud apps get. And yet somehow all of them get super high numbers and reviews? Bull. They’re all scams, they’re all fraud and you’re only wasting your time and money. If you want to play games and spend money go to a real casino even online and at least they’re regulated and you might actually win something real. Say no to fraud.

Not cool game at all

I started playing it and it was really fun but i was playing and it kicked me out and I had 6billon chips and I logged back on and it took all my money and I only had 200 thousand when I logged back on And when I buy chips it will say like $5 and it takes double or triple that and gives you less coins

An actual fun slot game

After playing many slot games, this one actually is fun and pays out. Most games take all your chips within the first hour or two. I’ve been playing this for a couple weeks now and it hasn’t annoyed me with ads and the few pop ups aren’t bad. Thanks for making a fun game!!

Gone downhill

I used to love this game. Now there are so many pop ups every time you login (at least 5 you have to close out of), your coin balance just keeps going down, I was missing only 1 card from the albums for over a month—Wilds apparently weren’t wild for that one card and that season ended, and now with the new albums, you don’t even get to pick which card you want to use a wild card for.
You do get a lot of opportunities to get coins (events, etc), but you lose those faster than you get them.
Why would I buy, or keep buying when you lose a trillion coins in a matter of days?? Or when after you do buy, the cost goes up (with less coins)? I for one would be willing to buy coins if you could actually play for a while.
It takes hundreds of spins on average to win free spins and then it’s rare to even win more than your bet.
Will play until I run out of coins, and then I am done.
