No response to repeated inquiries for a coin purchase I was never credited
I made it in at purchase for a coin bundle the coins were never credited to my coin balance I reached out with an app and through the website and any other way I could find I have yet to ever receive a response and that was back in October.. FYI if you’ve had this issue don’t bother contacting Apple they’ll just decline the refund and say it’s up to the developer to give you your purchase otherwise you can dispute it through your bank. I feel like my money was just straight up stolen and the developers is completely nonresponsive and Apple just doesn’t care! There was a time I used to spend a lot of money on this app… not anymore.
