The game has a pop up that is stopping the game from loading for the last 4 days. Hopefully you can fix this before you loose lots of players. Because of the lack of wins hardly anyone is playing already.

Been playing Slots Grape for years until recent. Like usual ran out of chips purchased 4.99 scratch off deal they have and charge duplicated. I told them this sent them bank statements but at time it only showed pending. They told me clearly it hasn’t charged just pending. Hum how often do just pending not clear your bank. Anyway they both cleared and was charged for both they say they can’t do nothing because they don’t handle purchases it is a third party. Which is fine just next time be straight up sorry you got ripped off nothing we can do thanks have a nice day.
