Yesterday I spent two dollars on this and it didn’t even work give me back my money or fix it

Does not work

This app cuts videos off to site only the top 1/3 and user is not able to save to mobile device. Not sure why I’d want to save a video that doesn’t show my entire video. I upgraded to pro and nothing changed. I reached out to request my money back for the second time today because I received no response the first time. So disappointing.
