App Crashes
App crashes on iPhone 11 Pro Max. Will connect to my Canon 80d but doesn’t bring up live view before the app crashes.

I have been using this app for over a year now to run my Photo booth business. I have had a few trials along the way but Greg has always been very fast in responding and helpful. Guests in my booth love the fact that they are able to run it themselves the live view is a big hit and being able to take the photos with a DSLR they are happy with the end result. The ability to text or scan photos to guests phones is the best, I have personally stayed away from the printing option to keep my costs down and simplify the booth and guests don’t miss the print. I have two screens so that guests can access their photos outside the booth -this helps with crowds and flow. Love the app! Would recommend to anyone !

I still love this app! Several years of using it with no problems. I recently updated the app and something went wrong, no exactly sure if it was my operating system or the camera I was using or what, but the camera was making the app crash. I was pretty upset as I was panicked that I had a booking the next day and “what was I going to do!” I took a chance emailing Greg for support not expecting to hear back for a few days. This was 10 something at night, Greg wrote me back within minutes! He suggested a few things and simply asked for me to report the problem to help get it fixed faster and had included a link to the older version so that my booking could go on! I continue to be impressed with this app and the people behind it!

App keeps crashing!
I finally got it to work with the Nikon WiFi adapter but it only lets me take 1 out of the 4 shots. It does the countdown for the second picture then crashes! PLEASE FIX!!!!
