SLS Staffing (Southwell Amb)

Version 3.6.1 adds "Light Duty/Modified Duty - HR" to the radio button selection when entering a new entry. This allows HR to notify departments of help available who might be in a temporary modified duty pool. Version 3.6 update adds a client requested time range function on entries, a tagline showing who fills a request, and at what time. 3.6 also auto sunsets requests when they expire. SLS Staffing is an application that organizations can use coordinate staff, efficiently allocate NEEDED staff (short-staffing) and AVAILABLE staff (over-staffing) within an organization. This application assists any organization in maximizing workplace efficiency and keeping productivity metrics in a desired range, avoiding underproductive situations as well as burn-out and safety concerns of excessively high productivity metrics. The app is not only designed for supervisory level staff within an organization, it can be downloaded and used by front-line staff as well. This app is not only for human resources (staffing), it can also be used for equipment and supply needs and availabilities.
