Difficulty sleeping
Amazing app!! I have a difficult time falling asleep without background noise and this app has wonderful sounds to fix that.

Honestly I was skeptical at first about listening to noise to help me sleep but being able to combine sounds on this app and create what works for me has been so helpful. Don’t know how I ever fell asleep before this app!
Very effective app
Really love the app. Especially the fact that I can combine the sounds. I am currently experiencing menopause, and one symptoms is the inability to fall back asleep. So when I struggle with this , I just select my mix, and lights out within minutes of paying the sounds.
