Access is exclusively available to employees and managers belonging to organizations (societies/companies) that hold a valid contract with SM. Attendance Marking Employees can mark their daily attendance by selecting their designated work site, making the process fast and location-aware. Leave Management Submit leave requests directly through the app and track the real-time approval status of each request, keeping you informed at every step. Manager Tools Team managers can view and mark attendance on behalf of their team members, enabling efficient workforce oversight without manual processes. Who Can Use This App? SM Connect is intended for employees and managers of any organization or residential society that has an active partnership or service contract with SM. The app is publicly listed on the App Store to ensure easy access for all enrolled users across various contracted organizations. However, access remains restricted to authorized personnel only.
