Very unhelpfull
I hated this course because they did not teach much and was pricy also they tried to charge money for anything u be they could dad fine d like he adds class after class and made me sighs up for assessments that the teacher was not even there for very disappointed by this class
This is horrible
I’m very unsatisfied by these classes they continue to reschedule and have many issues like the class links not working and it is hard to get in contact with them if you have issues in the end these classes were ok but not that useful and they were overpriced and charge money for almost anything like recording taking assessments please think twice before joining

The app crashes frequently and the support is horrible
I paid $25 extra for this app and it crashed frequently when loading videos. I am using iPhone X with 256 GB RAM. I emailed support and they are the worst. They will send you automatic response that you will get call in 4 hours. They don't have a phone number and they never call. They will keep sending you updated email that they have the case open but wouldn't fix anything. They will ask you what time is convenient to call and when you tell them, they never call. I don't understand how you can grow a business with such a poor technical staff. Don't waste extra $25 buying this app unless you want a headache and want to waste time with the most useless technical staff.

I O S app access should be free
That's a bad way of charging people to get in your classes charge 25$ to access the course I don't have an computer as we just have iPad and now we need to pay to access class that's a bad way of making money iOS app are to promote more people to join in your academy instead of chasing them away with charging and extra fee that's a very bad impression a bad taste in music industry
