No Apple Wallet integration
Being able to quickly access my SM Advantage Card by double clicking my phone’s side button would be nice. As that is what we can get only if you guys integrate Apple Wallet.
Log In and Linking Card
This is app is not great. It’s practically useless. You get log in, registration, OTP verification, linking SMAC card PROBLEMS. I first experienced this with my boyfriend when he was registering, linking, and logging in to the SMAC app. The I tried it, and same problems. I recommend to look in to your systems and better the app. This is such a great idea because we are now advancing where we just do thing through apps and softwares. If you look into the problems and fix them it’d be easier to use and the people will love to use this app. Good performance = happy customers. This app has a lot of potentials, it just flopped.

App doesn’t work
This app hasn’t been updated in a year. It doesn’t work. Once you click login, it’ll open the login page in your browser. Once you enter your login info and authorize to login to the app using SSO, it then says “something went wrong”.
Account registration is frustrating!
The app does not recognize/read the OTP. Request to send another OTP requires waiting for 3-5 min, then, the new codes are never sent. I’m stuck waiting for the new code to show up in my text message. I tried registering using my IPad. Same frustrations! One time code is received, this time in my email. Again the app showed error of code despite correct entry. Registration is never completed despite several attempts.

Useless
Can I give a Zero Star? Useless app. Can’t access anything. Kept giving me a message “Something Went Wrong” but won’t tell you what’s wrong. So you really don’t know what Benefits you have. Asking people at the stores won’t help. They don’t know how to use app. Oh well. Not worth it.

I regret downloading this app. It is supposed to let me access my SMAC membership benefits, but it doesn't even let me log in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works. I have lost all my points and rewards because of this app. It is a waste of time and space. Do not download this app unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed.

The SMAC card isn’t working
It shows another smac card and won’t link mine and the sm customer service is not helpful and can’t link them

I cannot access the app because it keeps on redirecting to web log in. once you log in it says app does not exist. tried re installing to no avail.
