Login Issue

Indiegogo backer. SMA Circle S1 delivered in 2021.

The app now requires SMS 2FA, but verification codes never arrive, making it impossible to log in and unlock the bike. The bike is app-dependent, so this completely prevents use of the product.

Multiple support emails sent with no response. Hardware is physically fine but rendered unusable due to app/server failure.

This is a serious issue for existing owners.

Login Issue

I can’t login and to reset my password. I email smacircle support and still no response. Also, when trying to login by phone number, it says Internet abnormal.
