The apps works as expected with no error so far

Praticamente funziona bene solo il tasto per fare i selfie….!!! Se provo a richiedere la localizzazione mi da la localizzazione dello Smartphone dove ho scaricato l’app….ovvero lo smartphone che ho in mano…..grazie per la disponibilità ma so bene dove sono anche senza il vostro aiuto!!! 😃😃 Tutto da rivedere!

Doesn’t work
Tried with both I and II apps on iphone XR. Doesn’t work
Very poor.
Poor quality. It’ll connect initially, but not after. Trying to connect to it via phone app is a joke. It never senses it. What’s the point? I I even bought a brand new battery for it. I’m really disappointed.

Absolutely useless, as well as incredibly obnoxious.
So, I downloaded the app from the QR code on the device’s packaging. After installing the app, I attempted to pair the device, but when I pressed the camera button, the device produced a long, continuous, shrill beep that could be heard from across the house. The device was stuck closed, and I could not open it to remove the battery. I was left with no choice but to destroy it with a hammer to stop the noise.

ZERO FINDER!!!!
Horrible. Don’t buy! Had trouble pairing on iPhone. Then it just beeped continuously until the battery died!

Die App funktioniert einwandfrei. Auf Deutsch wäre natürlich noch besser, gerade für Kinder.
Works but product packaging needs improvement

To track keys and such. It looks like everything was done by one person without feedback from others both with respect to the device itself and the app(s). This makes it more of a prototype for a pretty useful product. You might even better better off just making the device and app only do key finding? De-registering the device(s) is unclear. The manual should be avaislable in the app since ppl will probably lose theirs before changing phones.
Naming. The name of the device and the name of your app should be the same. If you have two versions of the app, which one should i use. Make it clear.
English. The english in the instructions isn't correct. Perhaps you can consider hiring a technical writer to improve it for a day or less?
Hire somebody who can't code and is very detail oriented to test the overall system and walk through your interface with several people who cannot code. LTurning the device off by pressing five times does not work. You have multiple icons that dont so anything. To save production causes, i get you have only one button.

I get the same error
I get the same error as this other person. Tells me it’s unauthorized hardware please stop using.

Goes into a loop and doesn’t come out
Piece of crap
The app connected to my pet’s device for the first month or so, and has never connected again since. Have tried updating software, replacing batteries, restarting...all the things tech support would tell you to do. That’s not the issue; the issue is that this device is useless. Don’t waste your money.

The prior review was right. It doesn’t work and there’s no customer service to discuss this with. Don’t waste your money. I don’t make a lot, and this is a lot of money to throw out!

“Unauthorised Hardware” Popup
Can’t use the app properly because the Unauthorised Hardware warning keeps popping up. If there is an issue with counterfeit (which I don’t believe this one is) please remove the warning from the app. It asks me to please stop using but I can’t even get into the app to disconnect the hardware etc.

Unclear instructions

The tracker Smart Finder that is supposed to work using this app must be on its way out. Just about nothing wirks. After testing two brand new trackers with fresh battery have concluded tracker pretty worthless. You can get it to connect by pressing tracker ’camera’ button but it soon disconnects itself. Attemptin to connect via app on phone does not work at all. After trying different approaches and trying to troubleshoot in various ways, the tracker only did one thing; showed location for a few minutes until it disconnected and as explained above would not re-connect. DO NOT BUY the ’Smart Finder’ TRACKER. It is not smart, it is dumb.

Should have listened
Don’t waste your money or your time with this app. I couldn’t even get it to connect with my bluetooth to see if it worked. I tried several times with no luck. I bought this to put on my grandsons (whose in first grade) backpack. How disappointing. I hate when you buy something with kind of hype and it fails.

The tracker
I bought one for pet tracking. It does not work for that at all. Even though the site states that it works for pets. If you are prone to losing your keys in your home that is what this is great for. Or if your cat hides under the bed maybe it would work for a pet. If you get 50-75 feet away it gets lost.
If you need something because you set your keys down and forget where you set them fairly close to where you are then sure it works fine. But NOT for pets that get out of the house.
