Manage my subscription
What is wrong with “manage my subscription “ page. I can’t see any of my subscription and only show a page of “Get the latest from Small Pet Select, straight to your inbox!” It’s so annoying!!!!!
Best hay and customer service
I really love the customer service one time my rabbit did not want to eat Timothy hat that I had just bought as small pet select was super nice the let me switch hay to orchard love now my holland lop loved it and mixing a little bit of alfalfa hay she goes nuts. The quality of hay is very good you can tell because of the fresh smell!

Their hay is always fresh. And my rabbits absolutely love it and I never seem to have an issue getting them to eat it. I’ve also tried some of their little rabbit snackers and they absolutely go crazy for them. Thanks a lot Small Pet Select. You guys rock.
Great app but lags
I hope it gets updated and the lags/bugs get fixed up. I can't open the app sometimes and have to close it and open it up a few times. I also would like the app to have the option to have the "Order Now" button like on the website when you want your subscription order to arrive earlier.

i LOVE all of small pet select’s products and how natural and high quality they are! the app makes it so much easier to do my browsing and ordering, and go back to items i’ve viewed previously. i will probably be doing a majority if not all of my rabbit shopping on this app now!
Enjoy the App, not the AI
Im not sure if this is specifically an app issue, moreso the company of Small Pet Select. I have been satisfied w/ this company for a while, especially the automated text service that allows me to delay or cancel subscription orders before theyre processed. I have a subscription for 25 lbs of hay every other month. Recently they have changed this system to an AI, which had changed my monthly subscription order, and added more things that I have never purchased. I attempted to modify the order to remove it, and it sends me a link to modify my order, which shows only the original subscription of only hay. I am worried that it will continue to have errors like this and i will end up paying for things i didnt order. Please go back to the original automated text message system!

Can’t favorite items
For some reason I cannot favorite items or even buy them from this app? Recently just got it so I could find more variety things for my rabbits, but I can’t even buy anything or favorite items that I want to get for them. Not sure if others are having this same issue.
Oat hay is the buns favorite hay. I had a hard time finding this hay when I left California
I’m so happy for finding this hay for my buns. They are picky eaters and even though it’s not fresh off the farm, it’s the closest thing to it and they are loving it so far.

App review
This app does not work well on an iPad. I find that the website is much easier to navigate. Every time I looked at a different screen, the app wanted me to sign in again. This didn’t make sense. I don’t think I will use the app again, just use the website.
