I can’t even get this printer to connect to WiFi! I follow the set up guide, and nothing is found online about it. Can’t even download drivers

Terrible App. Just bought the year subscription and tried to use it the first time it has no instructions on how to use it. It’s not intuitive and I hate it. I want my money back.
