Cannot reconnect Alexa and cannot find a help button in the app. But I can find plenty of options that require me to pay for services I don’t want.

I’ve had Alexa for almost a year. All it does is make me mad. It never does what it’s asked to do and is completely unreliable.

Change of router has basically rendered Alexa useless
There is no help section in the Alexa app and no way to find out how to install the new password onto Alexa. Vert, very disappointing
