App is buggy and just doesn’t work on my phone ever

I feel like i’m having a seizure whilst using it, not sure who designed it but they we’re obviously a very smart individual, the user interface is AMAZING

Nothing but constant issues and delays with this app, even trying to use the service online is a pain. It’s inconvenient and time consuming, especially when you need to get work done. “Bug fixes” after “bug fixes” are absolute cr*p theres cant be any fixes being done if the issues are still occurring……

this app makes me wanna self descruct
“This app now lets you log in with this update” WRONG can't even log in and the site is pure hell, it's mandatory for me to use this or I don't get paid but it's already I nightmare trying to find my time sheets or update stuff, it's worse than a 2014 website and takes ages to do one thing.

I think Fifa would run better on my phone than this app does. It tells me that my username and password is wrong when it isn't so now i basically cant use it and is now ruining my mental health.

A very hyperbolic name for this app
By any stretch of the imagination this app cannot be called “smart”. It’s functionality is temperamental and this has got to be one of the least intuitive apps for what it is actually meant to do.

i find smart assessor tricky enough on my laptop. the IOS version is X10 worse! definitely do not recommend.

Terrible adaptation to a terribly designed website. The app serves no function in its current state.

Truly awful
Caused quiet a few assessors to go off with stress. When it works it’s OK but it’s very unreliable

As an assessor, lost a lot of recordings because completed under audio manager, then the evidence just disappeared after the recording. Waste of a feature and upset learners!

You can now access your Smart Assessor audio recordings using the Files app. Open the Files App, Select On My iPhone - Smart Assessor - Audio. You will be able to share any audio recordings you have made. Also, if you prefer to use the Voice Memo app - you can save your audio recordings into the Smart Assessor Audio folder; these will then be available to upload as evidence. Select the Audio file - Share - Save to Files - On My iPhone - Audio. You can only upload m4a files. We hope this helps and gives you more confidence in using the Smart Assessor iPhone app in the future.
