Thank you for your feedback. iOS 18 introduced an undocumented change that affected all call-blocking apps — we've now fixed this in our latest update. Please update to the newest version and re-enable the app in Settings → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification. If it still doesn't work, we'd love to help — reach us at el.kotb.app@gmail.com. We're sorry you had this experience — that sounds genuinely frustrating. However, call-blocking apps work through Apple's CallKit framework and have no access to your screen, system performance, or any data beyond what you explicitly share. They cannot cause freezing, sluggishness, or any security risk — Apple's sandboxing prevents this entirely. The freeze you experienced was most likely a separate iOS issue unrelated to our app. The "block all" feature is a manual button in the group screen — it only activates when tapped directly.
