Complete Garbage
What was the selection criteria for the use of this QA software on the Cross City Rail.
Is it intuitive - No.
Is there a phone app - No.
Are there on-line/off-line issues - Yes.
Are there constant log-in issues - Yes.
Does it look like it was designed in 1993 - Yes.
I’d suggest an integrity department look into why this system was chosen as it is the poorest example of modern construction software I’ve ever seen.

A Putrid System
Unusable and completely non-intuitive.
Issues with updates
Big problem when ever there is an update. After the update the sync stops working and gives an error “file is not a database”.
The only way to work around this is to uninstall and reinstall.
This would be unacceptable in any other program. No one woul want to use any other app that forces you to uninstall after every update.
They need to fix this issue and have an update not require an uninstall after the update is installed.
