App has so many errors and has not worked on iOS for so long now. App support is terrible too

The app almost never works. One of the most unreliable access control app for apartments.
Terrible app
App crashes all the time. Invites never deliver over message and you can't send the invite via WhatsApp without force closing & reopening the app cos it freezes. Can't see your own comment when typing in the community section cos your keyboard covers what you're typing and there's no way to scroll. App also shows you on camera without letting you know, so if you answer a visitor call you're displayed on the screens in the lift and there's no way to turn it off. And you can't submit feedback or ask for help in the app because that just shows errors when you try to submit. Really awful user experience

Very poor quality application
This application simply does not work as intended.
1. Application hangs constantly. Once it begins to hang, quitting application is not possible and does not fix the hang.
2. Picking up visitors calls almost always ends with an error, “something is not right”.
What kind of application is this? Why should residents of condominiums be forced to use very poor quality application like this?

Hanging issue
Unable to allow visitors to enter as the application kept hanging after picking up the call.
