What's New in Smart Cost Pos

1.0.13

November 3, 2026

What's New in 1.0.13 Customers: A new customer module with filters, customer groups and bulk import from a file. Marketing: Send SMS campaigns to customer groups, paid from a wallet you top up. Campaign details and top-up history are included. Attendance: Staff clock in and out with their PIN on the shared branch device. Staff can send attendance requests, and managers approve them. Includes daily logs, monthly employee views and attendance reports. Account PIN and module access: Protect a shared device with a required PIN. Owners choose whether each module is shown, PIN-locked or hidden. Cashier PIN: Several salespeople can bill from one login by switching with their own PIN. Each bill records who made it, and the receipt shows "Handled by". Product add-ons: Add toppings and extras (1–3 per item) when billing. Add-on stock is tracked through ingredient recipes. Includes bulk add-on setup and a topping sales report. Label printing: Print product stickers on label printers such as the XP-365B. Turn on label printing per product and set a printer as the "label" printer. Barcode scanner: Better support for scanners that work in keyboard mode. Scheduled orders (restaurant): Take phone pre-orders on a calendar. You can override prices and add delivery charges and advance payments. Each order has a PDF invoice. Completing a scheduled order records it as a normal sale. Improvements: Receipt and kitchen printing updates, more detail in sales history and sales data, and a new steel blue brand colour.
