Hello, The free version of the App is Ad supported and requires a network connection to display ads. Once you subscribe, it will not show any ads and will work offline. However, if you did not have network access at the time, your subscription request would not have gone through. You can verify your list of active subscriptions by clicking on "iTunes & App Store" on the "Settings" App on your phone. If a subscription to Smart Dashcam Pro is not listed there, you do not have an active subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can also do so here. If it shows an active subscription to the app but the Smart Dashcam Pro app is still trying to load ads, you can restore your offline access by clicking on "Restore my Purchases" within the Smart Dashcam Pro App. We understand that you are frustrated that you do not have the option to manage your subscription within the Smart Dashcam Pro app. However this is how Apple handles subscriptions.
